Olive Fruit Another name of olive is "Green Fruit". For most fruits, they are green in the beginning and then change into other colors when they ripen. However, the olive never changes its color, and is also called "Faithful Fruit" and "Reproof Fruit" as its special taste of "bitter comes before the sweet" is similar to the character of faithful counselors in ancient times. Overseas Chinese call it "Fortune Fruit" to show their nostalgia, or it is so called because it is mainly produced in Fuzhou. There are over 10 varieties of olive fruits in Fuzhou, including Dingxiang Olive, Tanxiang Olive, Huiyuan Olive, Changying Olive and Yangshi Olive. Jasmine Tea The jasmine tea of Fuzhou is particularly famed for its strong flowery odour and delicate appearance. The liquor, having a deep amber color, is bright, aromatic and smooth. Such jasmine teas as "Minhao", "Mingqianlu" and "Ceremonial Tea for Foreign Guests" have been granted such honorary titles as the famous tea of China, the famous cultural tea and the ministry-grade quality product. Generally, Shoushan Stone looks warm, sleek and refined, with clear texture and vivid color. Shoushan stones are divided into three categories: Shankeng, Shuikeng and Tiankeng, and there are more than 100 varieties. The Tiankeng Stone, called the "Emperor of Stones", is also named Tianhuan Stone, which is so precious that there was a saying of "It is easy to have gold but difficult to find Tianhuan Stone". Dried plum of Yongtai The dried plums of Yongtai, sleek, sweet and tasty, can promote salivation, sharpen the appetite, sober up, ease the thirst and remove summer-heat.
